SUMMARY
Oversee building and systems maintenance, safety, and operational aspects, serving as liaison between staff, vendors, and management to ensure a well-functioning and secure environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop and maintain schedules for routine maintenance, conduct inspections to identify issues, and oversee repairs and renovations to ensure that the building systems and equipment are functioning equipment.
- Work with and manage external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and other facility-related services, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of tasks.
- Monitor maintenance budget spending, assist with budget planning, and manage the inventory of necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct routine safety inspections, and coordinate security protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, expenditures, and asset information.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency maintenance requests to minimize disruption and ensure employee safety.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years’ experience in facilities management in a manufacturing environment
