What a Senior HR Coordinator does:
- Coordinate recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience that reflects McHale’s culture and brand values.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication strategies.
- Assist with performance review processes, providing guidance to managers on feedback and development.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Administer benefits including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Support safety, training, and compliance programs.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.

You will be a great fit if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of HR coordination or generalist experience (landscape, construction, design, or related industry a plus).
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) — required.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruitment platforms (Paylocity experience preferred).
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
