Qualifications:
- You must have at least 4+ years of automotive experience, and 2 or more years of general manager experience
 - Strong sales and fixed operations background.
 - Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 - A passion for the automotive industry and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the dealership (Sales and Fixed) to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
 - Develop and implement effective Sales and F&I strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.
 - Cultivate relationships with customers and community partners to foster loyalty and brand reputation.
 - Strategize with Sales and F&I managers to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits
 - Coordinate with the business office to ensure records and analysis are accurate
 - Oversee all service and parts operations, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
 - Work closely with service advisors and technicians to optimize efficiency and productivity.
 - Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to ensure parts availability.
 - Possess a high passion for customer retention and CSI above market standards and zone averages
 - Implement training programs for both Sales and Fixed staff to enhance skills and service quality.
 - Be ethical and transparent in leading all operations
 - Ability to attract, develop and maintain key talent through exceptional leadership skills
