Job Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for
a clinical research site management organization. This role partners with business leaders and hiring
managers to identify staffing needs, source high-quality candidates, and deliver a positive candidate
and hiring manager experience. The position requires strong knowledge of clinical research staffing
needs, recruitment strategies, and compliance within a regulated environment.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Source passive candidates through networking, professional associations, social platforms, and industry-specific channels.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely updates.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on job descriptions, interviewing techniques, and selection processes.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity pipeline) and provide regular reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the clinical research sector.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and ATS platforms.
• Demonstrated success hiring for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance practices.
• Results-oriented with a focus on quality and speed.
• Strong business acumen and consultative approach with hiring managers.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in clinical research, life sciences, healthcare, or related regulated industries.
