Join us in our mission as a Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker at Catholic Charities of Community Maternity Services.
We are hiring Youth Specialists at the Branson Center to support youth in a structured, supportive, and therapeutic environment. These are ongoing openings, and we welcome applicants for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. Shifts vary and may include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
As the Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support to residents and their children (if applicable)
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all residents at all times
- Supervise youth during visits with family members or identified visitors, following Family Plans and case plans
- Plan and implement a balanced daily routine and group living experiences
- Provide coverage at any CMS residential program as assigned
- Transport clients to school, medical appointments, court dates, visitation, or other activities
Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker Minimum Salary: $ 17.00/hour
Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker Maximum Salary: $ 21.00/hour

Note: During the interview process, hiring managers will discuss your availability, experience, and shift preferences to identify the best fit. Candidates new to direct care may start in a per diem role to build experience.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 - 3 years of experience of working with a diverse population
- Valid driver's license
- Must remain awake and alert during entire shift, including overnight
- Must remain on shift until next shift arrives and is briefed
- Must work holiday and weeks when part of the regular schedule
