Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments
- Customer service
- Complete repair orders
- Order parts
- Assist the Service Manager
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Customer service-related experience
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Must be detailed & organized
- Valid driver's license
Work Hours for Customer Service Representative:
- 40 hours a week (full-time)
- Service Center Hours are: M-F 8-6
- Scheduled within these hours
- Some flexibility with the schedule
- No nights or weekends!
