📍 Western NY | 💼 $19–$23/hour + Mileage Reimbursement

🔍 What You’ll Do Every Day

• Ensures donation sites are fully staffed and steps in to fill staffing gaps when needed
• Oversees donation sites to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional donor experience includes (GRATIS Model):
  • Greets donors, collects donations, and offers tax receipts
  • Sorts, stacks, organizes and tracks donations
• Creates and distributes weekly team schedules
• Recruits, trains, and supervises trailer attendants
• Maintains clean, safe donation sites and performs trailer audits
• Attends special donation events and supports operations across WNY
• Performs routine trailer maintenance checks and follows safety procedures
• Travels to our donation trailer sites throughout WNY (Erie & Niagara Counties) on a daily basis (no remote work)

🎯 What You Bring

• High school diploma preferred
• Supervisory or retail experience strongly preferred
• Reliable vehicle & valid NYS driver’s license
• Willingness to travel across Erie & Niagara Counties
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends & holidays
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments

💰 Compensation & Perks

• Pay: $19–$23/hour based on experience
• Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate
• Full-day orientation at our Buffalo office (for full-time hires)
