Where you’ll work…

Be part of something exciting from day one—this role is based at our brand-new, state-of-the-art West Milwaukee facility, launching this summer!
This cutting-edge facility will feature the latest in high-tech production lines, advanced automation, and modern food manufacturing equipment to elevate your work experience.

While the new site is being finalized, you’ll train and work at our established Canal Street location in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley.

When you’ll work…

We are currently hiring experienced Machine Operators to join our 1st shift team! OT available!

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Saturday with the possibility of working Sunday

What you’ll do…

• Operate one or more pieces of production equipment.
• Setup machinery and monitor machine operation and flow, making machine adjustments and feeding supplies and ingredients.
• Make appropriate weight, time, and other checks to ensure product quality is at standards set by management.
• Check area around machine for proper housekeeping, equipment safeties and safeguards, proper tools and other equipment/supplies, and ensure that applicable machinery is set up and functioning properly for an on-time startup.

Why you’ll be successful…

• Proven ability to understand how machines work to ensure consistent, efficient and productive shifts.
•  Utilizing knowledge from your 1+ years’ experience with machine operation to ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
•  Enhancing your knowledge of food manufacturing to produce a consistent, high-quality product.
•  Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
