Are you interested in making a real impact on how new products come to life? Emerson is looking for a Project Management Co-op for Winter/Spring 2026 in McKinney, TX. As a Project Management Co-op, you’ll work alongside experienced project managers and cross-functional teams from Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated business or engineering student to gain hands-on experience while helping improve and document our project management processes for new product development.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Working closely with project managers and department leaders to gather and analyze data related to project management processes.
  • Assist in documenting and updating existing project management processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all necessary activities are aligned and tracked effectively.
  • Support the development and implementation of new methods and tools to enhance process efficiency.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to gather insights and feedback for process improvements.
  • Assist in creating reports, presentations, and process documentation to communicate updates and progress to stakeholders.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or graduate student in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Commitment to full-time (40 hour) Winter/Spring Co-op experience in McKinney, TX from January 2026 to June 2026
  • Housing is available for this role. 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Some experience working on projects involving physical and/or software product development is preferred.
  • Previous internship or co-op experience in a professional environment
