Marketing/Development Coordinator

Northeastern Family Institute (NFI), a state-wide nonprofit agency providing trauma responsive mental health and specialized education services to teens and their families, is recruiting for a Marketing/Development Coordinator to provide leadership in developing and implementing a Development Plan including fundraising and marketing. The right candidate will feel comfortable creatively developing fundraising initiatives and activities with community partners including the for-profit members of the community, researching prospective foundation sources, preparing grant applications and maintaining productive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement fundraising initiatives across areas to include individual giving, gifts, grants, and annual funds.
- Provide strategic insight with regard to grant writing and fundraising goals.
- Build and maintain strong donor relationships.
- Identify grant opportunities that match the organizational goals and strategic initiatives. 
- Collaborate with agency leaders to write and submit proposals along with budgets and reports as needed.
- Assist with post award grant management to include compliance and follow-up reporting. 

Qualifications: 

- Experience leading campaigns and building donor relationships. 

- Experience managing fundraising strategies.

- Knowledge of fundraising methods. 

- Grant writing and reporting experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with budgets and financial tracking. 

- Possess excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. 

Salary range for this position:  $60,000-$65,000 (pro-rated depending on full or part time).
