Position Summary:
FSA Insurance Agency is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Health Support Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients by managing appointment scheduling, supporting health insurance processes, handling service requests, and assisting with various administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Scheduling & Communication:
- Set and confirm client appointments using approved tools and scheduling systems.
- Provide timely follow-ups and reminders to clients to ensure preparedness and attendance.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and other platforms.
- Process & Documentation:
- Follow industry-standard processes to support enrollment and service workflows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in client management systems.
- Import and organize new lead data into CRM or other tracking platforms.
- Service & Support:
- Assist with completing client service requests such as policy updates, ID card reorders, and general inquiries.
- Support clients with health insurance-related questions and direct them to appropriate licensed agents when necessary.
- Project Assistance:
- Contribute to agency-wide projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and operational duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a client support, administrative, or insurance-related role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort with technology, CRM platforms, and data entry systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with health insurance industry terms and processes.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Bilingual (optional, based on agency needs).
