Title: Senior Implementation Specialist 

Reports To: Vice President of Engineering

Location: Remote - United States

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SME with expertise in Dell Wyse Management Suite Thin Client management to join our team. As a Dell Wyse Management Suite SME, you will provide assistance with Dell Hybrid Client/WinIoT (Thin Client OS) and have in-depth knowledge of Thin client imaging and patch management. Your expertise will be utilized to troubleshoot networking and transport issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Dell Wyse Management Suite Thin Client management
• Offer guidance on Dell Hybrid Client/WinIoT (Thin Client OS) configuration and deployment
• Develop and implement Thin client imaging and patch management strategies
• Troubleshoot and resolve networking and transport-related issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Dell Wyse Management Suite features and technologies
   

Required Skills & Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Dell Wyse Management Suite Thin Client management
• Expertise in Dell Hybrid Client/WinIoT (Thin Client OS)
• Strong understanding of Thin client imaging and patch management
• Proficiency in troubleshooting networking and transport issues
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Dell Wyse Management Suite is highly desirable
