Job summary

Working Student position or full-time internship at Allianz Partners supporting the Head of Legal DACH/SEE in various legal and legal-related corporate administrative matters.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the Head of Legal DACH/SEE and the global office in various legal and administrative matters
• Handling various tasks and requests in the area of contract law, anti-trust law, corporate and governance law (research, drafting of emails & summaries etc.)
• Support in the various legal operational matters, such as delegation of power process, sharepoint and corporate secretary matters
• Familiarization of current legal developments in international business law, financial regulation and application to concrete business questions
• Preparation and revision of presentations, internal guidelines (policies) and standards
• Support and coordination of global projects
• Participate in internal meetings, workshops and interviews to gather information and support project objectives

Key requirements

• Degree in law, business law or comparable studies
• Curiosity to work in a dynamic global unit within the Allianz Group and open mindset to work in international teams 
• Positive attitude and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very structured and accurate way of working
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Affinity for technical tools and solutions 
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills 
• Very good MS-Office skills and the use of AI tools (especially PowerPoint, Excel & Word as well as PowerAutomat
• Previous work experience/internship in a law firm, corporate company, project management or with a consultancy company is a plus

Availability: immediately and interested in a full-time internship (20h/week) or a student job (16-20h/week) for at least 6 months, preferably 1 year
