As a central function, our Business Development Team provides in-house consulting support to the PVH Region West senior management in the strategic development and optimization of our existing business.

The purpose of this role is to support our regional management in day-to-day tasks with the preparation of management visits, customer meetings, business analyses, strategy implementation, process optimization and more. The content of this role is diverse, ranging from projects in various business areas such as CRM, to Distribution Strategy or Marketing.

A day in the life of a Senior Specialist Business Development & Management Support (m/f/x):

  • You will support projects across diverse topic areas from conception through implementation
  • You will cooperate with functional and business development internal project managers in support of strategic development and optimization of the business through process optimization, organization, expansion, new business, etc.
  • You will conduct analyses and screenings of the dynamically changing market, considering both micro- and macroeconomic factors as well as emerging opportunities
  • You will prepare materials for management meetings, including documents and presentations
  • Create compelling presentations and communication materials that support leadership messaging and strategic alignment.
  • You will provide day-to-day support of executive management in one business area (e.g., Wholesale, Retail etc.)
  • Build strong relationships across departments and functions to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

What do we need from you? You have:

  • University degree with a focus on business studies
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a well-known international management consultancy and/or in the in-house consulting/project management of a trading company
  • Open-minded, target-oriented personality with a self-confident and winning demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills and strong intercultural competencies
  • Structured, process-oriented and generalist thinking and acting
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
