About the Role: We are on an exciting journey to reinvent business finance across our Units. As part of this transformation, we are building a state-of-the-art shared service model that empowers business finance to focus on driving growth and strategic impact.We are looking for a dynamic Finance Head to lead our efforts at our Mumbai unit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives as a business co-pilot, is passionate about excellence in pricing, and is eager to embrace cutting-edge AI tools like Medha to elevate financial decision-making.

Eligibility:

• 9+ years of experience in Business Finance & Accounting
• CA/ ICWA qualified
• Min 3 years of Healthcare experience required

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead finance for the unit with a growth & compliance focused lens. 
2. Leverage Medha and other AI tools to enhance financial analysis and reporting.
3. Drive Cost & Pricing Efficiency through budgeting, analysis, and cost control.
4. Manage Cash & Payments, ensure timely deposits, vendor payments, and fund transfers.
5. Oversee Payroll & Statutory Compliance for PF, PT, TDS, and other dues.
6. Ensure Timely Reporting, including MIS, income statements, and trial balances.
7. Coordinate Audits and maintain strong financial controls and governance.
8. Collaborate with Stakeholders across teams, vendors, and auditors for seamless finance operations.
