About the Role:
- The ASM - Individual Contributor is responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring service delivery across commercial or residential business profiles.
- The person will report to the ABM/BM. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team involving collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development (Sales)
- Achieve business targets as per the approved business plan of the branch
- Drive sales promotion activities in the assigned territory
- Ensure all Sales KPIs are met on a month-on-month basis
- Identify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiry calls within a specific timeframe
- Maximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders
- Ensure contract renewals are in line with company expectations
- Monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities within the territory
Customer Service
- Ensure high quality of service delivery to customers
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients
- Prepare and submit timely reports to customers
- Address and help resolve customer complaints in coordination with Operations and Back Office
- Conduct detailed site inspections / SRAs at client locations
- Generate customer quotations using the system
- Share customer feedback with the Branch Manager and collect appreciation letters from RBU/CBU clients
Administration & Accounts
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and obtain necessary acknowledgements
- Coordinate with the back office for accurate and timely invoicing
- Share customer costings and expectations with Operations before service delivery
- Ensure all collections are submitted to the back office within 24 hours
- Review daily billing and collections with the back office team
Maintaining Systems and MIS
- Ensure timely updates in sales-related systems
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly sales reports
- Maintain an updated customer database
- Set and manage correct customer expectations regarding pest management services
- Capture accurate customer details
- Promote and sell service visits as per iCABS frequencies to enable timely service calendar planning
- Share the cost sheet and material details with Operations; communicate customer expectations before service delivery
- Ensure new sales are visible in iCABS before execution and properly scheduled in consultation with Service Planners
- Avoid making service scheduling commitments to customers without planner coordination

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Proficient in MS-Office/G-Suite
- Minimum 6 years of direct sales experience in Facilities Management for Commercial Business profiles
- Experience in home products/services or residential cleaning (minimum 6 years) is preferred for Residential Business profiles
