QA Associate chez FieldAssist

We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our technology team. As a QA Engineer you will work with developers during the development phase as an advocate of continuous testing in order to plan and execute test cases in parallel.

For one in the Seat:
Responsibilities
1. Understand the scope of testing and review of Requirement
2. Track the schedule and testing progress and be accountable for the tasks and releases
3. Ensure accurate and timely execution of the assigned tasks
4. Responsible for writing, reviewing and executing Test Cases and tracking Defects
5. Highlight and track defects and ensure that they are fixed before release
6. Participate actively in all Sprint rituals to enhance domain knowledge and contribute
design considerations from a quality, performance and security dimension
7. Actively participate in release activities and ensuring product stability with thorough
testing and regression
8. Showcase true agile partnership with product owners and developers to progressively
work towards improving efficiency in both business and technology.

1. 0-1 years of overall experience in software testing including functional, UI, API testing
2. Knowledge of database concepts and query languages like SQL etc.
3. Understanding of web technologies like HTTP, REST etc.
4. Conceptual knowledge of client-server architecture
5. Strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills
6. Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to multitask
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills
8. Innovative approach to work and continuously identifies process improvements
