THE ROLE
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Corporate Communications Advisor to join our Corporate Communications team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Crown’s communications strategy and help deliver world-class experiences for our team members and guests.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of effective communications that keep our team informed, engaged, and connected.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Writing, editing, and publishing engaging content for a range of channels and audiences, ensuring consistency and clarity
- Partnering with business units and providing communications advice to develop and deliver creative, impactful messaging
- Assisting with internal events such as Town Halls and Leader Forums
- Providing advice on communications best practice and undertaking regular reporting on communications effectiveness
- Offering administrative and advisory support to the communications team
ABOUT YOU
You’re a motivated self-starter with strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail. You’re solutions-focused, confident working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and experienced in engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You’re also able to prioritise tasks with limited direction.
You will bring:
- Approximately three years’ experience in a similar communications or public relations role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred tertiary qualifications in Journalism, Public Relations, Media, or a related field
- The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including Viva Engage) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
