About the Role

Based in NSW or VIC and reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, this hybrid role will see you at the forefront of brand and marketing initiatives for ITW’s Concrete Systems division.

As our Brand Specialist, you will:

  • Lead branding initiatives: Own, design and execute strategies that strengthen brand value and drive engagement.
  • Deliver campaigns: Develop compelling digital, social and trade marketing campaigns to increase reach and awareness.
  • Support product launches: Collaborate with sales, product and engineering teams to deliver content and campaigns that bring new products to market.
  • Enhance digital presence: Manage and optimise websites, social media, SEO/SEM and eCommerce assets to connect with customers.
  • Build strong partnerships: Work with agencies, media partners and influencers to expand brand visibility.
  • Measure success: Monitor campaign performance, track ROI and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.


What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a brand, communications or digital marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Advertising, MailChimp (or similar), Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong copywriting, editing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
