Assists in developing and delivering marketing plans involving FMOL Health’s strategic partnerships in the Baton Rouge market. Will help manage external and internal efforts to promote and enhance the visibility of key collaborations, with a primary focus on our Championship Health Partnership with LSU. Additional partnerships supported by this role include Southern University, BRCC, Traction Sports Performance and the Sports Medicine service line, as well as local high schools and other athletics-based organizations. Support marketing activation efforts that could include but are not limited to athletic game day, community events and internal events. Works cross-functionally with public relations efforts, advertising, community events, community education and other marketing efforts. Occasional night and weekend work required. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for key partnerships.
  • Create unique multimedia content (video, graphics, photography, etc.) that highlights strategic partnerships and community impact.
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars and posts related to partnership activities and events.
  • Manage internal and external communications to promote visibility and engagement.
  • Serve as a liaison between Our Lady of the Lake Health and partner organizations, ensuring brand alignment and collaborative messaging.
  • Support marketing efforts for sports medicine and athletic partnerships, including high school outreach.
  • Collaborate with PR, advertising, and community engagement teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Oversees advertising and promotional production for product lines internal and external to the department, evaluates advertising effectiveness, and appraises suitability of media for specific products and services in an effort to ensure quality services and timely project completion.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' experience in Marketing
  • Bachelors in Journalism, Advertising, or Marketing
  • Experience working with sports organizations, higher education or healthcare is a plus.
  • Strong writing, multimedia content creation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools for scheduling, engagement, and analytics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
