Pay Details:

Starting base pay for a Sales Agent is $47,840+ / year

Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base pay and generous commission.

Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $110,000+ / year

*Spanish speaking Sales Agents will receive a pay differential

Location:

Onsite in: Farmers Branch, TX or Plano, TX 

 What You Will Do:

The Sales Agent will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers to convert sales leads into policyholders. Requirements for this role include an upbeat and positive attitude, confidence, compliance minded, proficiency in multitasking, strong follow-through, and excellent communication skills. We value teamwork and seek individuals who can collaborate effectively with their colleagues.

Key Attributes:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Property & Casualty license (active or expired)
• 1+ years of experience in Insurance sales or service
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently and on a team
• Precise verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients

Preferred Attributes:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Multi-carrier or multi-state quoting experience
• Experience working in a call center environment
• Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not necessary
