Administrative Assistant chez Zeus Industrial Products, Inc.

•Performs a variety of administrative tasks including reporting and tracking information for the plant.

•Checks and follows-up as required.

•Makes interpretations and recommendations as appropriate.

•Gathers information, conducts basic data analysis, and assists in the development of reports.

•Performs clerical duties as required, such as typing, scheduling and opening & distributing mail.

•Distributes, reviews and answers correspondence.

•Coordinates and /or plans scheduling of appointments, department presentations, training and related functions.

•Coordinates the processing of purchase requisitions, check requests, and related documents.

•May develop appropriate methods to handle information

•Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent. Prefer Associates degree in Office Management or related field

•5 years minimum clerical experience

•Advanced skills in general office computer software such as MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel.

•Must possess excellent organizational skills

•Must have solid oral and written communication, interpersonal and clerical skills.

•Highly detail and results oriented

•Must function well within a team-oriented environment

Hourly Rate: $25 - $31
