Duties

Manages a large business activity. Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.,Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives.,Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.,Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan.,Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e.; Leisure Travel Services) to be managed. Highly Preferred Criteria: Will have least one year of experience using Rec-Trac for point-of-sale transactions, database management, issuing recreation passes, ID card issuance, and ticket sales. Will have at least one year of experience selling consignment tickets for attractions and theme parks through the Military Ticket Program. Will have at least one year of experience supervising Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) employees. Will have at least three years of experience coordinating and supporting special events, catered functions, and food and beverage operations. Experience must be clearly reflected on Resume to receive credit.

Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
