THE JOB:
We are seeking a charismatic Lounge Server to join our high-end beverage team, where exceptional service meets a vibrant atmosphere. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing personalized attention to guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages with flair. Your passion for hospitality and your ability to create memorable experiences will ensure our guests enjoy a luxurious and enjoyable time. THE STARTING RATE: $13.35 with direct TIPS

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies

• Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor

• Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink

• Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified

• Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

• Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Six months of prior cocktail and/or food serving experience in a similar environment preferred

• Able to work a varied shift to include weekends, holidays, and evenings
