This is a great entry point into the financial industry-no prior banking experience needed! Starting pay is $18-$19 per hour.

What You'll Do

As a Teller/Member Service Representative at our Manitowoc Rapids Road branch, you'll assist with deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions, while also educating members on financial products that fit their needs. You'll help create a welcoming environment while ensuring operational accuracy and compliance.

Key Duties:

• Deliver friendly, efficient service to every member interaction Handle cash and transactions with accuracy and care
• Strive to meet quality and performance goals
• Maintain security standards and follow all operating procedures
• Communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and via email
• Engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong basic math and computer skills
• Previous experience in customer service or handling cash is helpful but not required
• A can-do attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

Branch Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
