Research Lead
Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).

London is our global headquarters where 200 colleagues across Finance, Risk, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, MAC and Education drive the success of our 80+ schools in 30+ countries. In the role of Research Lead, you will be responsible for driving impactful research across our international family of schools. As an experienced educator and researcher, you’ll lead the design and delivery of global research projects, collaborate with university partners, and empower teachers through professional development. You’ll bring expertise in EdTech, metacognition, and current educational research to produce high-quality publications and represent Nord Anglia at global conferences. Passionate about the power of education, you’ll help shape future-ready learners and foster a culture of research-informed teaching across our schools.
The role:
As Research Lead your focus will be to:
- Understand the importance of having a great plan, its integral to what we do, but you’ll see the value in being flexible so adapt and pivot to meet the organisation’s needs.
- See the value in data and insights to drive performance and then share this with others to spread the word and land the learning.
- Be outstanding in everything you do, you’ll build great relationships right across Nord Anglia and beyond, to execute our plans.
- Work closely with the Education Research Team where you’ll establish expertise and credibility which will inspire and engage our schools.
