Team Lead chez Brand Momentum

Position Overview:
As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 25 Brand Ambassadors participating in a retail sampling program across multiple locations. You will ensure the program runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of execution, communication, and overall team performance. This role is ideal for a highly organized, quick-thinking problem solver who can manage logistics, provide on-the-spot solutions, and inspire a large team.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and support a team of 50 Brand Ambassadors across multiple retail locations.
• Ensure all sampling activities meet company standards and program goals.
• Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of engagement and customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain program integrity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage schedules, inventory, and logistics.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all Brand Ambassadors adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling practices.

Experience requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in retail or event environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple locations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team.
• Quick thinker and problem solver who can make decisions under pressure.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel.
• A Food Handler’s Certificate is required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules.
