As the on-site Quality Integration Lead/ Senior On-Site Quality Representative, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a strong partnership with Safran and driving quality excellence across assembly, test, delivery, and customer support for LEAP and CFM engines. You will collaborate with Safran Quality, Engineering, Program, Material, Assembly, and Test teams, as well as aligned GE teams, to identify and resolve quality issues impacting our customers.About GE Aerospace

Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate quality activities with Safran to support assembly, test, delivery, and customer operations, including quality summits, weekly cadence, performance metrics, team priorities, tactical actions, and strategic planning.
- Identify and prioritize quality initiatives jointly with Safran and GE stakeholders, establishing and maintaining operating processes and procedures.
- Lead on-site quality activities at Safran production assembly locations (Villaroche, SAB, SAEX) and Airbus customer sites.
- Support the resolution of disruptions at Safran engine assembly lines caused by test issues, quality concerns, quarantine hardware, and engineering dispositions.
- Apply FLIGHT DECK problem-solving methodologies, visual management, and cadences to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement compliant process improvements in collaboration with Safran and GE teams to minimize disruptions to the CFM program.
- Ensure comprehensive root cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions for quality issues, while proactively identifying and implementing projects to improve assembly and reduce disruptions.
- Represent GE Aerospace in external engagements, building trusting relationships and ensuring alignment between internal and external teams.
Your Qualifications
- Significant experience in quality and customer liaison roles, with knowledge comparable to a Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience with aerospace production quality management systems.
- Proven interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex problems independently.
