- Proven hands-on experience managing complex outsourcing relationships and contracts within regulated environments, demonstrating expertise in compliance.
- In-depth understanding of key TPRM regulations relevant to heavily regulated business sectors, including direct compliance experience with global banking regulations such as OCC, ECB, and CPS230.
- Familiarity with implementing industry-standard TPRM technologies such as Archer, OneTrust, and ProcessUnity, along with knowledge of AI technologies and their impact on TPRM.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex risk concepts effectively to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), are highly desirable.
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales efforts for TPRM solutions by engaging with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and demonstrating how our offerings can address their specific risk management challenges.

- Risk Assessments: Oversee comprehensive risk assessments of complex outsourcing relationships and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as OCC, ECB, and CPS230.
