THE ROLE
We're looking for a skilled Software Developer to join the Automation & CRM team. Reporting to the Engineering Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting and improving our core business platform. As a Software Developer, your responsibilities will include helping to design and develop new features for our end-to-end solutions, and you'll also support the maintenance of existing components. You will transform business requirements into efficient and scalable solutions, and ensure that all developments undergo rigorous testing and review. Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will frequently interact with colleagues to thoroughly understand problems and convey clear solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with analytics, engineering and design teams to define product requirements and build the Product Development Roadmap
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document customer needs and feedback.
  • Support the prioritization of product features based on business goals and customer impact.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in go-to-market planning and execution in partnership with marketing and trade teams.
  • Help coordinate experiments and product launches, including training materials and internal documentation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.


  • WHO YOU ARE
  • You are proactive, have excellent communication and collaboration abilities as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interested and knowledgeable about digital marketing products (including SEO, Google - Google Merchant Center, Google Shopping, etc - , Meta and other Martech and affiliate products and platforms) and consumer-facing digital products (websites, apps), the metrics that inform those products and related industry trends.
  • You can understand and discuss technical Analytical and Martech concepts.
  • Passionate about understanding and solving customer needs and problems.
  • You can assimilate, sort through, and aggregate information.
  • Aware of the luxury market.
  • Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Proficient in English.
