• Schedule:  Tuesday - Saturday 7:00am - 3:30 pm

 Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas daily
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners
• Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and notify supervisor of major repairs needed
• Bi-weekly/Monthly deep cleans  
• Sanitize high-touch areas
• De-ice parking lots and driveways using company truck/equipment (seasonal)
• Clean out office refrigerators weekly
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning supplies/equipment properly
• Assist with event set-up, furniture moving, or other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance (required to operate company truck for de-icing).
