(BACB®) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation established in 1998 to provide professional credentialing services for practitioners of behavior analysis services. Compensation: The BACB uses compensation data for the metro Denver labor market to ensure our positions provide a competitive wage based on the education and experience requirements.
The base hourly rate of pay for this position is: $26.00

Position Summary:

Requirements
- Conducts a variety of audits of BACB requirements in accordance with procedures.
- Communicates and collaborate with other BACB staff members, as needed, to initiate, complete, and resolve audits and audit-related issues.
- Assists in completing general office tasks and other duties that may be assigned.
- Provides accurate, valid, and complete information to certificants in a professional, pleasant, and clear manner.
- Maintains proper documentation of correspondences, documents and determinations related to the audit.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience: High school degree or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year administrative experience required. Proficient with Adobe Acrobat (creating, editing, combining PDF documents) and Microsoft office suite required. Experience working in an audit position in a regulated industry preferred.
Work Environment: This job operates onsite in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to listen and speak. This is largely a sedentary role; however, the ability to lift and carry a laptop, lift files, open filing cabinets, frequently type, bend and reach as necessary is essential to the position.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a regular full-time position working in the BACB office. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening, holidays, and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. The BACB offers remote work on Wednesdays.
Campus Wellness: The BACB is a tobacco and vape free work environment. The consumption of tobacco products or vaping is not allowed on BACB property.
Travel: Minimal travel is expected for this position.
