Nalpeiron is seeking a seasoned salesperson to lead our DACH expansion. You will be a big cog in a small wheel—we are not a big corporate machine. If you want to make a big difference and be "heard," working among peers who act like family, we are the place.
This hands-on, results-driven, and strategic role will directly impact company growth.
About the Role
Seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join a dynamic team and drive revenue growth by identifying and capturing new and expansion opportunities in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will leverage existing logos in Germany to expand these accounts and generate new business in similar vertical markets, along with supporting expansion across the DACH region.
Remote-based from the UK, US, or Europe. Directly employed or as a contractor.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand the customer base.
* Drive growth through new sales, cross-selling to existing clients, and pursuing new logo opportunities.
* Generate and manage a self-built pipeline using creative outreach, strategic mapping, and professional networks.
* Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure, ensuring flawless completion activities and fulfillment.
* Lead consultative conversations with clients and align solutions with their strategic goals.
* Collaborate with internal and external product experts to deliver tailored proposals, manage product trials, and close complex deals.
* Conduct market and competitor research to guide customer targeting and inform sales strategies.
* Maintain customer and opportunity data in CRM systems for accurate reporting and forecasting.
* Travel to customer sites and industry events throughout the region (around 10% as needed).
* Professionally qualify, evaluate, and review prospects and target accounts.
* Deliver impressive customer presentations and lead discovery workshops.
* Coordinate resources from marketing, customer success, engineering, and product management to facilitate successful deals.
Required Experience and Skills
* Fluent spoken and written German and English. **Must understand how to do business in Germany with all the nuances of German business culture.**
* At least 5 years of sales experience with proven results managing strategic accounts in Europe, selling SaaS, or Enterprise Software products. Experience in CRM system sales a plus.
* Demonstrated success closing mid- to high-value enterprise software deals (five to six figures).
* Ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships across top-tier financial services organizations.
* Robust negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities and ability to work from home in a disciplined manner while using remote tools to work with the team and your customers.
* Ability to craft and deliver complex technical sales to senior executives with support from the UK-based technical team with follow up with business proposals, quotes and solutions in German.
* Proficiency with sales tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and comparable CRM applications.
* High analytical skill, capable of using data to drive sales strategies and decisions.
* Business acumen, attention to detail, and a strong drive for success.
* Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas in enterprise sales, managing complex global accounts, and handling multiple concurrent deals.
Education & Additional Requirements
* A university degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
* Ability to travel across the DACH region and Europe on occasion - mostly work from home.
* Team player, open to feedback, fast learner, and adept at building executive-level business cases.
