A Senior Consultant in the Professional Services organization has direct responsibility for managing client projects in their book of business and requires strong stakeholder management skills to guide clients through a successful implementation. This role will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Professional Services and will be instrumental in leading projects, providing expert advice, conducting in-depth analysis, and building client relationships to help organizations achieve their strategic goals.
This is a strategic and highly visible role, requiring partnering with both external and internal teams including Solutions Consulting, Engineering, Product,, Customer Success, as well as various Sales and Leadership roles. The role requires the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide technical solutions to meet business needs. By applying the LeanData Implementation Methodology, your role will translate LeanData products to solve business challenges to ensure value realization to our customers.
Responsibilities will include
Lead client engagements: Drive enterprise onboarding and manage projects to ensure high satisfaction and achievement of customer success targets.
Sales support: Collaborate with sales teams on scoping and build out Statements of Work.
Analyze business processes: Build detailed requirements, process flows, and project plans using LeanData’s implementation methodology.
Expert solutioning: Advise clients on maximizing LeanData’s platform, integrating with Salesforce and other GTM tools to streamline operations.
Risk and escalation management: Proactively resolve project risks and client escalations, collaborating across product, engineering, and internal teams.
Drive best practices: Develop Professional Services processes and mentor junior consultants, fostering continuous improvement.
Champion the customer: Influence strategic product direction by surfacing insights from complex implementations and C-level engagements.
Maintain transparency: Track, communicate, and document key milestones and program status using Salesforce and internal systems.
Requirements for the role
4-6 years SaaS or technology experience: Proven track record managing large, complex and geographically diverse enterprise projects and pre-sales engagements.
Advanced problem-solving and relationship-building: Skilled at navigating ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and driving project progress across teams.
Domain expertise: Background and knowledge of Go-To-Market strategies and working with revenue operations or marketing operations is a plus.
Salesforce expertise: Deep experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.); Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
Leadership and communication: Able to lead technical and executive-level discussions, facilitate strategy and implementation sessions, and mentor colleagues.
Accountability and poise: Demonstrates ownership, excellent time management, and composure under pressure in complex client environments.
