Position: Case Manager I-III Reset Diversion [1425]
Program: Amarillo, Texas – Reset Diversion
Salary range:
Case Manager I: $40,809.60 Annually
Case Manager II: $43,305.60 Annually
Case Manager III: $46,009.60 Annually
Shift available: Full-time

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language
- Will conduct crisis responses and coordinate with individuals utilizing (Reset) Diversion Center, with those at risk of experiencing a crisis episode
- Will conduct comprehensive life needs assessments, taking into account needs as viewed by the individual, present service providers, LEO and significant others in a timely manner
- Provider skills training using evidence-based curriculum
- Will spend 50% of time with individuals being served in (Reset) Diversion as well as other crisis platforms
- Will maintain same day next day documentation requirements and a 95% or higher compliance average for all individuals served
- Executes prudent action in emergency situations and will help team members when individuals need crisis response or other diversion-based services
- Performs other essential functions and tasks necessary to carry out the purposes of the position
- Will maintain a positive working relationship with LEO's, in-patient facilities, TPC staff and all other stakeholders
- Will conduct follow-ups in the community, assessing for safety, completing mental health status exams, and providing appropriate referrals as necessary.
- Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised
Required qualifications to be successful in the job:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field for QMHP credentialing
- For Case Manager I, no experience required
- For Case Manager II, at least one (1) year of experience in behavioral health case management
- For Case Manager III, at least two (2) years of experience in behavioral health case management
- Graduate work in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of experience
- Willing to work weekends; flexible scheduling during the week
- This is not an 8-5 position; 10-hour shift, 4 days a week may become the standard, as hours of operation may fluctuate over time

- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be insurable under agency vehicle policy
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred qualifications to be successful in the job:
- One (1) year of experience working with individuals who are justice-involved
