About the job
Our team at Flying Elephants South Waterfront is looking for a customer-focused team member who enjoys good food, coffee, and connecting with people. Think of your favorite café, where the barista remembers your usual order before you even ask—that’s the kind of experience we aim to create for our guests every day.
In this role, you’ll welcome and assist customers, prepare and serve a variety of foods (soup, panini, pastries, etc.), and craft espresso drinks—all with the consistency and quality that Elephants is known for.
The right candidate communicates clearly, works well with others, and feels comfortable balancing multiple tasks in a busy environment. If you take pride in providing friendly, reliable service and creating a positive experience for each guest, we’d love to hear from you.
Bonus: this location is right outside an Orange Max Line stop, and we’ll help with your commute by subsidizing a TriMet Hop Card.
An Oregon food handler's card and OLCC permit are required for this position.
