Job Summary
The Brand Experience & Program Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering impactful brand experiences across partnerships, tradeshows and other internal and external touchpoints. This role blends strategic marketing, program management, and storytelling to elevate brand perception, drive engagement, and support business development. The Brand Experience & Program Manager is a skilled communicator, creative thinker, and experienced project manager responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that bring the brand to life both externally and internally.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
- Program Management: Lead cross-functional programs related to brand, culture, and customer engagement. Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Immersive Brand Experience: Plan and execute company presence at industry tradeshows, sales conferences, and managed branded environments. Coordinate logistics, messaging, and branded materials to ensure a cohesive and impactful experience that reflects our values and strategic priorities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to support business development through brand-aligned messaging, presentations, collateral, and business development strategies.
- Content: Create and manage brand-aligned content for internal and external audiences, including announcements, campaign messaging, and storytelling assets.
- Performance & Reporting: Monitor KPIs related to brand engagement, program effectiveness, and event ROI. Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.

Additional Job Requirements
- Hybrid role – 3 days a week in office, 2 days remote
- Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling (up to) < 40%

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) in Business, Marketing or Communications related field from four-year college or university; or five (5) or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in brand communications or marketing in healthcare or emergency services or equivalent agency experience.
- Strong understanding of marketing tactics, brand strategy, and customer engagement.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics.
- Ability to travel regionally (approx. 25–40%).
Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-management, ability to build trust with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience aligning marketing efforts with sales goals and supporting pipeline growth.
- Significant knowledge and hands-on experience with planning and executing tradeshows and conferences.
- Ability to design engaging, immersive experiences that drive awareness and connection.
- Versatile and skilled writer with the ability to craft compelling content across a range of styles, from strategic messaging to ad copy and creative storytelling.
- Comfortable leading initiatives that require input and alignment across departments.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple customer relationships with competing priorities.
- Collaborative and confidently works across internal teams to solve complex customer needs.
- Familiarity with healthcare and highly matrixed organizations is a plus.
Computer Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics.
- Experience with Smartsheet
- Experience with Sales Force
