You'll be autonomously running the growth media strategy across multiple platforms, data and profitability analysis, collaborating to update creative / designs, performing and monitoring A:B tests, and ensuring flawless execution of day-to-day tasks.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the strategy, execution, and success of YouTube, paid social (e.g., Meta, TikTok), and programmatic mid-funnel campaigns.
- Owning and tailoring the mid-funnel operation and process across creative, platform execution, measurement, and reporting.
- Managing the execution of creative cycles, ensuring they reflect and build on the strength of our Uswitch brand while resonating with consumers to drive overall performance.
- Working with data engineering teams to own integrations into the different platforms to drive overall performance.
- Collaborating with teammates across marketing and product/commercial to create cohesive customer journeys and hit strategic objectives.
- Collaborating with our central data team to develop bespoke 1P audience campaigns that enable Uswitch to meet the right user at the right time with the right message.
- Working closely with our brand media team to ensure a joined-up approach to top and mid-funnel media planning and execution.
- Reporting on campaign performance weekly and bi-weekly.
- Communicating internally on the analysis of campaigns.
- Managing day-to-day account operations, including campaign optimisation, budget management, and testing ideation and execution.
- Championing the impact of mid-funnel channels in driving brand salience and business results.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience leading an account in paid social and YouTube, including working with design and engineering resources to optimise creative and messaging for target audiences
- Proven track record of improving financial performance of a social media strategy via revenue growth, cost efficiencies or churn reduction
- Account management expertise - experience working with budgets, optimisations, bidding strategies, campaign set-up and structure
- Data-driven mindset with superior analytical and quantitative skills who thinks creatively to decide testing methodologies and optimise campaigns to delivery results
- A passion for using digital media platforms to improve customer outcomes, tools, technologies, and strategies. Intellectually curious about broader market trends
