Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:
In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in shaping our company's voice and narrative. You will design and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that supports our organizational goals and strengthens our brand equity with all external collaborators. This position is pivotal in managing both internal and external communications, ensuring a consistent and powerful message that enhances our corporate image and reputation across all channels.
Responsibilities:

Design & Implement Communications Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, long-term and short-term communication strategies that are directly aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, covering both internal and external audiences.

Lead External Communications: Drive all external communication initiatives to elevate the company's reputation. Serve as the primary media contact, build relationships with key journalists, and proactively manage public relations campaigns, story pitches, and press releases.

Drive Internal Communication: Create and manage internal communication programs to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with our mission and values. This includes overseeing newsletters, employee events, and internal communication platforms.

Manage Brand Consistency: Collaborate closely with marketing teams to guarantee consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. You will maintain and enforce brand guidelines, providing guidance to internal teams on brand representation.

Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging content for a variety of platforms including our website, social media, internal portals, and print materials, ensuring all content aligns with communication objectives.

Engage Key Stakeholders: Identify, build, and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, investors, community partners, and industry influencers to support organizational objectives.

Measure & Analyze Impact: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives using key performance indicators and metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to senior management.
Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, or a related role (CSR experience is a plus).

MBA in Marketing, or a Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Mass Communications or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience within the FMCG industry or a publicly listed company.

High proficiency with the Google Suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
