We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer who’s not only a wizard with code, but also passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI to craft experiences people will never forget.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• 5–10+ years’ experience in software development
• A love for unit and integration testing (because broken builds are not your jam)
• Experience with DevOps tooling and automated CI/CD & security
• Familiarity with agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, whatever makes the magic happen)
• Experience building cloud solutions (bonus points for Azure)
• Solid skills in C# / ASP.NET (Framework & Core)
• Modern front-end chops with React + TypeScript

Bonus Points if You’ve Got Experience In:

• RAG architectures and pipelines
• Agentic AI solutions
• Model & prompt versioning, evaluation, fine-tuning
• Telemetry & observability for AI (because what you measure, you can improve)

This position is based in our Brisbane office with a split of office work and work from home.
