Position Summary
As an Automotive Service BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. Your role is to provide exceptional guest service by handling inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the very first interaction. This position is key to maintaining long-term relationships and driving repeat business through excellent communication and customer care.
Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming service calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.

Schedule and confirm service appointments while maximizing shop capacity.

Make outbound calls to follow up on missed appointments, declined services, and customer satisfaction.

Provide accurate information regarding services, promotions, and dealership offerings.

Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.

Collaborate with service advisors, managers, and other team members to ensure customer needs are met.

Handle customer concerns with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for appointments and follow-ups.
Qualifications

Previous customer service, call center, or BDC experience preferred (automotive background a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Comfort with technology, including CRM systems and scheduling software.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
