Starting Rate: $20 per hour
Position Schedule: Monday-Friday, Mid Shift

As a Reach Truck Operator, you'll be key in handling, storing, and moving inventory efficiently and safely to ensure accurate and timely deliveries—making outdoor adventures possible for our neighbors.

What You’ll Do:

• Lift with Purpose: Use reach trucks to safely retrieve and store inventory from high storage locations with precision and care.
• Stay Organized: Maintain a clean, efficient workspace while moving inventory to the correct locations.
• Ensure Accuracy: Your attention to detail ensures our neighbors get exactly what they ordered.
• Collaborate with Your Team: Work together to keep the warehouse running smoothly and on schedule.

What We Need from You:

• Comfortable with warehouse equipment (reach truck or forklift experience preferred—but we’ll train the right person)
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and stay active on your feet
• Strong attention to detail with basic math and counting skills
• A problem solver who can stay calm under pressure
• A team player who loves helping others
