Integration Engineer/API Developer (Part Time)

Integration Engineer/API Developer (Part Time) **PROPOSED EFFORT**

Location: On-Site, Washington, DC (supporting a federal client)
Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for Public Trust clearance.

Salary or hourly pay range: $108/hour

The Opportunity

We�re looking for a Senior Developer with significant Salesforce knowledge and experience to support our Federal customer in Washington, D.C.

What You�ll Do

  • Analyze business requirements and define functional specifications.
  • Develop and deploy new features or configuration changes.
  • Coordinate cross-team technical planning and sprint cycles.
  • Maintain system enhancement documentation.
  • Coordinate data migration between internal and external platforms.
  • Map and align data fields for Salesforce and AWS reporting.
  • Support secure API and data exchanges between platforms.
  • Collaborate with enterprise grants management teams to design or implement data interoperability solutions.
  • Participate in planning, design, and pilot testing for future integration or migration scenarios.
  • Analyze functional business applications and design specifications.
  • Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts.
  • Translate detailed design into computer software.
  • Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product.
  • Applies knowledge of programming techniques and computer internet systems.
  • Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
  • Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
  • Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.

What We�re Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field or related area.
  • Minimum 8 years experience.
  • Strong background in Salesforce development.
  • 3+ years experience designing and implementing integrations; experience with secure data exchanges between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, eligible for Public Trust clearance.

Important Note: The hiring process includes a government background check, which may take several weeks. A contingent offer will be extended pending successful completion of this clearance, and employment cannot begin until it is granted.
