Summary of Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Team Leader Cost Engineering to develop and maintain the necessary processes, reporting and analysis that support our project managers and leadership. You will also be responsible for analyzing and communicating overall construction program performance metrics and trends to leadership.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll use your bachelor’s degree and five years progressive experience in project management or project controls to supervise and support cost engineers, develop and Implement cost control processes and oversee the analysis of project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. You’ll also analyze cost benchmarks for capital construction projects, gather trends and communicate results, ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status and performance metrics, develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness and utilize cost forecasting tools to anticipate future expenditures and provide cost control strategies.
