INSTRUCTOR

KID STOP – JOHNSTOWN

PART TIME

MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS

The Kid Stop at Johnstown offers childcare for children from five through twelve years of age in a teaching environment that is secure and nurturing and with a curriculum that encourages each child’s creativity and teaches kindergarten readiness skills.  This position will supervise a group of children with the highest degree of quality child care provided at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Implements daily child care activities.
• Monitors activities of entire group of children even if only working with part of the group.
• This is a supervisory position that reports to the Center Manager.
• The hours and days of work vary as needed.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent and two years of work-related experience; or 15 credits in Early Childhood or related field with one year of work related-experience.
