Facility Management Specialist (Mid-Level) chez Parra Consulting Group, Inc.

Parra Consulting Group is seeking a Facility Management Specialist (Mid-Level) to provide full range of facility operations  and maintenance support located in Bethesda, Maryland.

This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Manages daily facility operations and maintenance.
• Conducts inspections of equipment/systems
• Develops predictive maintenance programs
• Tracks and executes work requests
• Prepares budget estimates
• Coordinates furniture acquisitions and space utilization
• Enforces building standards
• Monitors utility consumption
• Provides quality assurance inspections on alterations and equipment upgrades.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
• Bachelor’s or technical preferred
• 5+ (proposal bench 5+) years facility operations/engineering or building management experience.

• SCIF Facility standards
