PAY RATE: $22.56 Hourly (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Summary:
Provides a variety of skilled preventative maintenance and repairs to CAP facilities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for development and completion of assigned facility maintenance projects.
- Provides a leadership role in all areas of job duties.
- Performs a wide variety of tasks including skilled plumbing, electronics, H.V.A.C., carpentry and other preventative maintenance.

Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent General Studies Required
18 Months Additional Training In related field Required
Years of Experience:
4 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience
Certifications and Licensure:
Posses a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
CAP Driving Certification* (or ability to obtain within first 90 days) Required
*In order to drive personal vehicle on CAP business, must obtain and maintain a policy of motor vehicle insurance coverage on privately-owned vehicle with insurance coverage amounts of $50,000 bodily injury per person per accident; $100,000 bodily injury for all bodily injuries per accident; and $50,000 property damage per accident.
EPA Certification for Refrigerant Handling and Recovery (or ability to obtain) Required
Journeyman HVAC or Journeyman Plumber or Licensed Electrician Required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, stand, walk
Ability to crawl, kneel, and/or climb
Perform duties from various angles and at varying heights
Work in close spaces
Lift 80 lb from ground and carry 50 ft
Lifts/moves items with unknown weight or that are awkward shapes and sizes with assistance
Pull dolly 50 ft with 200 lb
Have good visual acuity with corrective lenses
Have good hearing capabilities
Stand for extended periods of time
