Enrollment Management Associate Internship chez Case Western Reserve University

Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine (SOM) invites undergraduate students to apply for an Enrollment Management Associate Internship position. This is a part-time paid position ($12.22/hour) with the goal to work up to 10 hours a week during the fall and spring semesters - with a minimum commitment of 5 hours a week. Two positions are available at this time.

Under the supervision of the Associate/Assistant Director of Enrollment Management and Strategic Initiatives, the Enrollment Associate will coordinate closely with the School of Medicine Graduate and Medical Education programs to support recruitment efforts. The selected candidate will be responsible for: 

• Planning and executing social media and external outreach campaigns

• Inventory management

• Webpage development and editing

• Assist with and be present for School of Medicine recruitment events and fairs

• Other duties as needed to support the department

Applicants to this position must be a current CWRU undergraduate student

Essential qualifications:

• Strong interest or experience in enrollment or admissions and demonstrated ability to project manage initiatives to implementation

• Experience with a wide variety of social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

• Ability to work independently and be a self starter 

• Capacity to think “outside the box” with innovation and creativity

• Proficient in use of design programs, such as Canva or Adobe Express, to create content

• Comfortability communicating internally with department(s) and externally with prospective students

Preferred Qualifications:

• Video editing experience

• Strong writing skills 

• A current major of business, communications, marketing, or English

• A first or second year undergraduate student with willingness and ability to serve in role through multiple years
