Prosperity- An EisnerAmper Company is seeking a Relationship Manager who will serve at the advisors in Philadelphia and New Jersey primary resource for client service, meeting preparation, project management, and internal coordination. This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can drive internal and external projects, manage client needs, and foster strong relationships between clients, advisors, and internal teams. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Philadelphia, PA office three days a week.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
- Managing existing client relationships, working with advisors and in coordination with ensemble team members. Serves as advisors’ primary resource for client needs, assists in meeting preparation, financial planning, and analysis. 
- Triage and manage client requests by coordinating tasks across advisory, investment, and service teams to ensure timely completion. 
- Lead meeting preparation by hosting Pre-Calls, reviewing past materials, and delivering polished client-facing documents. 
- Attend client meetings to provide operational and logistical support and ensure seamless meeting execution. 
- Drive post-meeting follow-up by coordinating with internal teams, tracking action items, and updating the CRM system. 
- Organize and advance prospective client opportunities by managing team collaboration, deadlines, and check-ins. 
- Responsible for driving internal and client-facing projects 
Basic Qualifications
- Series 66 license, or Series 63 and 65 licenses (required).CFP designation (preferred). 
- 4–10 years of relevant experience in wealth management, client services, or financial advisory operations. 
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive tasks to completion. 
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 
- Professional, polished demeanor with a commitment to client service excellence. 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
- Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals and families.
