Description

We are looking for Technical Support Analysts to join our team and provide technical assistance and support to our people. You will be working on-site in one of our financial services offices. Responsibilities include resolving a variety of technical issues related to computer systems, networks, software, hardware, and peripherals. You will also assist people in implementing solutions, documenting issues and resolutions, maintaining records, and escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.


This position may interface with clients while supporting our teams, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor will help you succeed in this role.

Requirements

You’ll Get a Chance To

  • Provide technical support to system users within the organization via in-person assistance, phone, email, chat, and remote access.
  • Assist users in implementing solutions and provide training and guidance as needed.
  • Perform ongoing activities to maintain the technology solutions in your office.
  • Backup team members in other offices during absences.
  • Document issues and solutions with time worked on them.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff or external vendors as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and best practices.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Strong background in customer service, ideally in consumer electronics retail.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, software, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and other common applications.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, customer service, and technical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $23-$25 per hour.

What You Should Know

This is a full-time in person position. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. This position may require you to work on occasional Saturdays for 3-4 hours between February and April.
